Platform Fee

eDesa charges a 5% platform fee on successful orders. This fee is calculated on the product value only (excluding shipping).

Payment Gateway Fee

A payment processing fee is charged by our payment partners for each transaction:

Seller Voucher Deduction

If you create seller vouchers for your customers, the discount amount is deducted from your earnings when the voucher is used.

When Fees Apply

• Fees are only charged on completed orders
• No fees on cancelled or refunded orders
• Fees are automatically deducted from your income balance

Fee Calculation Example

For a RM 100 product order:

Minimum Withdrawal

You must maintain at least RM 10 remaining balance. Minimum withdrawal is RM 1.

View Your Transaction Details

You can view detailed fee breakdowns for each order in your Seller Income → Transactions. Each transaction shows:

• Gross amount (total product + wraps)
• Net amount (after all deductions)
• Itemized deductions (platform fee, payment gateway, vouchers)

Fee Updates

eDesa reserves the right to modify fees with 30 days prior notice to sellers via email and platform notification.
